What happens if a customer skips a week?
Skip that one visit. The plan keeps going and nothing else changes.
How does autopay work?
You send your customer a link. They agree and save a card on a secure Stripe page. After that, each invoice on the plan is charged to the card. If a charge fails, autopay pauses, the invoice stays open, and we email you.
Do I see the card number?
No. We keep only the card brand and the last four digits. The card itself stays with Stripe.
