The money goes straight to you.
Customers pay by card through your own Stripe account. Not through ours. We never hold your customers' money, and your invoice also shows Venmo or Cash App if that is how some of your customers like to pay.
How it works
Step 1: Connect your Stripe account
Paste your own Stripe key in Settings. Your payments go from your customer to your bank through Stripe.
Step 2: Send the invoice
It has a Pay now button for cards. It can also show your Venmo or Cash App handle.
Step 3: See it marked paid
Card payments mark the invoice paid on their own. If a customer pays you another way, you mark it paid.
Step 4: Turn on autopay for plans
For repeat customers, a saved card pays each invoice for you.
What you get
- Card payments go to your own Stripe account, so you set your own payout schedule with Stripe.
- Your Venmo and Cash App handles can show on your invoices. Those payments happen outside the app and you mark them paid.
- Partial payments and a clear balance on every invoice.
- A history of each payment: date, amount, how it was paid.
- Autopay for recurring plans with a saved card.
Questions people ask
Do you take a cut of my customer payments?
No. Card payments go through your own Stripe account. Stripe charges its normal processing fee to you. MyFieldBooks adds nothing on top.
Is Venmo or Cash App checkout built in?
Not as a checkout button. Your handle shows on the invoice, your customer pays you there, and you mark the invoice paid.
What if I do not have a Stripe account yet?
You can still send invoices and record payments by hand. Add Stripe when you are ready to take cards.
