How it works
Step 1: Start from your trade's checklist
Every trade starts with its own checklist, like "water tested" for pool service or "work tested" for electrical.
Step 2: Add a note and photos
Photos you took on the job in the last day are attached to the report for you.
Step 3: Record readings if your trade has them
Pool chemistry, products used, refrigerant, gallons pumped. Blank lines are hidden from your customer.
Step 4: Send it
Your customer gets a link. No login. Their location is never shown.

Is this a legal form for chemicals or pest control?
No. The readings are a plain record for you and your customer. Rules for licensed applicators differ by state, so keep using any form your state requires.
Can my customer download it?
They can open the link any time, and print it from their phone or computer.
Does the customer need to log in?
No. The report opens from the link.
