Remember every customer
For private nursing the app keeps this kind of record: equipment on site.
Everything else that comes with it
Repeat customers on autopilot
Set up a plan: weekly, every other week, monthly or your own spacing. The visits are created for you. Bill each visit, or one flat price each month. Pause or skip a visit any time, and we email you 30 days, 7 days and on the day a plan is about to end so you can renew it.
Proof of every visit
Tick your checklist, add a note and photos, and your customer gets a clean report by link. They do not need to log in. Some trades also record readings, like chemical levels or products used.
Know each customer
Keep notes, tags and a full history of jobs and invoices for every customer. Each trade also keeps the right kind of record: pets, vehicles, or the equipment at a customer's place.
Get paid straight to you
Customers pay by card through your own Stripe account, so the money goes from them to you, not through us. Show Venmo or Cash App on your invoices too. Turn on autopay and a customer's saved card pays each invoice on a recurring plan.
Your own booking page
Customers pick a service and a time on a page with your name on it. Share the link on Facebook or Instagram, or print the QR code for a flyer or your truck. We note where each new customer came from.
Reminders that help you earn
For trades with busy seasons we email you at the right time of year to book your regulars. You also get a notice before a service plan ends.
Other trades: Pet Care, Dog Walking, Home Watch, Tutoring, Photography
