Remember every customer
For painting the app keeps this kind of record: equipment on site.
Everything else that comes with it
Quotes and invoices in minutes
Build an estimate from your saved services and send your customer a link. They accept it online, and can tick optional add-ons you offer. Then turn it into a job and an invoice without typing it all again.
Built for bigger jobs
Change orders your client approves online, daily logs, punch lists, plan markup and e-signatures. The higher plans add subcontractor tools, pay applications, contracts and certified payroll.
Crews and hours
Your people clock in and out from their phones. You see who is where, and hours and gross pay are totaled for each pay period. This is part of Solo Team and the plans above it.
Safety records
Keep toolbox talks and sign-in sheets, and log incidents in a format that is ready when you need it.
Know your numbers
See where new customers come from, how your estimates compare with what jobs really end up costing, and who still owes you.
Get paid straight to you
Customers pay by card through your own Stripe account, so the money goes from them to you, not through us. Show Venmo or Cash App on your invoices too. Turn on autopay and a customer's saved card pays each invoice on a recurring plan.
Works with bad signal
The time clock, daily logs, notes and punch lists keep working when you lose signal and send themselves when you are back in range.
Other trades: General Contracting, Roofing, Flooring, Concrete & Paving, Fencing & Decks, Carpentry & Drywall, Restoration, Home Inspection
